I’m a passionate educator, course designer, and guide with over 20 years of experience helping people reconnect—with language, with culture, and most importantly, with themselves. I hold a PhD and have taught and designed over 50 courses rooted in learning, identity, and personal growth. As a multilingual speaker of English, Spanish, and Russian, I’ve spent my life exploring how the way we speak, feel, and carry ourselves reflects our inner world.

What is Mentesens?

Mentesens is a space for women especially mothers and high-achievers to reconnect with themselves through emotional, somatic, and energetic practices. We offer mini-courses and tools that help you release what’s been stored in your body and reset your nervous system.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, tense in your body, or simply “not yourself,” our courses are for you. Mentesens is especially helpful for mothers, women navigating burnout, and those seeking grounded emotional support — without fluff or toxic positivity.

Absolutely. While many of our practices are designed with mothers in mind, the tools we teach are universal: emotional release, body awareness, confidence, and nervous system care. If you feel disconnected, tired, or stuck — you belong here.

Mentesens is not therapy or life coaching. It’s practical and body-based. Our focus is on releasing tension, not just talking about it. You’ll learn how emotions live in the body, how to move them gently, and how to rewire the patterns that keep you stuck.

Not at all. You don’t need to be “spiritual,” flexible, or even calm. You just need to be open. The tools are easy, guided, and meant for real women with real lives (and often very little time).

Most courses offer live Zoom sessions plus replay access for several weeks. You can join in real-time or move at your own pace. Check the course page for specific dates.

Our mini-courses typically run for 1 to 2 weeks, with daily sessions of 20–30 minutes. No fluff, no overwhelm — just deep, intentional transformation.

No worries. All sessions are recorded and available for 3 weeks after the course ends (unless stated otherwise). You’ll have time to revisit and repeat the practices.
